ALCOSAN – E. Holdings expertise in community engagement, communications and engineering support services is helping ALCOSAN meet state and federal regulatory requirements and generate local support for both the Regionalization of the multi-municipal sewers within its 83 customer municipalities.
August Wilson Center – E. Holdings promoted diversity and inclusion in the construction of the August Wilson Center for African American Culture through the “Building a Part of History” initiative. The project showcased E. Holdings’ ability to generate involvement and community support in the construction of a regional historical and cultural asset.
Kingsley Center – E. Holdings’ expertise in finance and real estate development helped the Kingsley Association finance the Lincoln-Larimer Community Service Center, an $8.3 million, 56,000 square feet multi-purpose building. This project established E. Holdings as a regional leader in real estate development and project financing.
Community Revitalization and Real Estate Development – E. Holdings became a leader in the regional efforts for community revitalization and real estate development when the firm built Williams Square, the first new development constructed in Pittsburgh’s Hill District for decades. E. Holdings led the way for additional private investment in the neighborhood and the eventual resurgence of the Hill District as a thriving residential and commercial center.
